THE PROBLEM
Charter fleets don't publish their inventory in one place. Availability lives in one operator's spreadsheet, photography in another's Dropbox, specs in a PDF from 2019. Every guest question — is it free that week, how many cabins, what does it cost with crew — costs somebody a phone call.
WHAT WE BUILT
- +Three separate fleet lists merged into one catalogue every night, duplicates resolved and the strongest photo set kept per yacht
- +Listing pages in four languages, generated from one edit — Turkish, English, Russian, Arabic
- +An admin panel the operator runs alone: photos, pricing, availability, drafts
- +Tony — an on-site assistant that reads the catalogue and recommends the boat that fits the guest
- +Media served from Cloudflare R2 with HLS, so 4K and 360° footage costs nothing in load time
